Julene Walker, DNP

Julene Walker, DNP, owns Jules Aesthetics in Floral Park, NY, and serves as its lead practitioner. She works as a family nurse practitioner and holds the DNP, APRN and FNP-C credentials. Her nursing career began with a 2001 nursing school graduation and studies at SUNY Downstate in family nurse practice. She became a board-certified family nurse practitioner in 2007 and earned skin and wound care certification through the wound care program at Emory University in 2018. She began practicing aesthetics in 2019, completing beginner and advanced BOTOX and dermal filler programs through the Esthetic Skin Institute. Her doctorate in nursing practice from Chamberlain University, earned in 2020, centered on health promotion and weight management. She continues her training through Empire Medical Training and is a member of the Obesity Medicine Association and the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Her practice focuses on aesthetic treatments and on educating clients about skin health and overall wellness.
