John Toti

John Toti owns Scalp Designs and works as its lead artist. He learned hands-on SMP with a trainer after attending a conference on hair loss pigmentation, and his certification process included treating five models. He is the first licensed scalp micropigmentation technician in New England. Before opening Scalp Designs, he spent two years working inside a hair restoration clinic. His work covers hairlines, density, crown loss, transplant scars and alopecia. For long-hair SMP he offers a non-surgical option as an alternative to hair transplant surgery, placing pigment impressions between existing hairs and fitting the treatment to each pattern and level of hair loss.
