John Sedgh, MD

John Sedgh, MD, is the physician and practice director at Beverly Hills Laser Institute, Inc. He has practiced in the Beverly Hills area for more than a decade, and his past affiliations include the Long Beach VA Hospital and Kaiser Permanente.

He graduated cum laude from UCLA and went on to medical school at the State University of New York (SUNY), where he received a Commendation in Investigative Dermatology. He completed his residency and post-graduate training at the University of California, Irvine Medical Center. His publications include work in the Journal of Investigative Dermatology and through the Department of Dermatology at SUNY.

His focus is cosmetic dermatology, injectables and laser treatments for skin, along with medical weight loss and bio-identical hormone therapy. He personally selects the weight loss plan for each patient. For fillers, he often combines Radiesse with Juvederm as the top layer to address both the depth of a deep fold and surface wrinkling. For hair reduction he uses the Palomar StarLux system, which can treat all skin types and colors.
