About
John F. Hsu is a plastic surgeon whose work covers body and reconstructive procedures, including minimally invasive body contouring, and he founded the Bellavita Center. He earned a bachelor's degree in microbiology and molecular genetics at UCLA, a master's in health policy and management at New York University, and a doctorate in osteopathic medicine from the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine. He finished a general surgery residency in New York and a plastic and reconstructive surgery fellowship in Philadelphia, and he trained in Asian blepharoplasty and cosmetic surgery at Chung-Gung Memorial Hospital in Taipei, Taiwan. Further training covers pediatric plastic surgery, craniofacial surgery and breast surgery, at sites including Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center, NewYork-Presbyterian Weill Cornell, Westchester Medical Center, Hahnemann University Hospital, St. Christopher's Hospital for Children and the Hand Center of Thomas Jefferson University Hospital. His research has been conducted at Harvard, UCLA and Hospital for Special Surgery in New York, and according to the salon he has published several articles on various practices and procedures.
