At OSVI, plastic surgeon John F. Hsu, DO, MPA, works in body and reconstructive plastic surgery. He founded the Bellavita Center, has written several articles on a range of practices and procedures, and has carried out research at Harvard, UCLA and Hospital for Special Surgery in New York. He serves a diverse clientele. He holds a bachelor's degree in microbiology and molecular genetics from UCLA, a master's in health policy and management from New York University, and a DO from New York College of Osteopathic Medicine. His general surgery residency took place in New York, and his plastic and reconstructive surgery fellowship in Philadelphia. His training sites include Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center, New York Presbyterian Hospital of Weill Cornell Medical College, Westchester Medical Center of New York, Hahnemann University Hospital of Drexel University, St. Christopher's Children's Hospital and the Philadelphia Hand Center of Thomas Jefferson University Hospital. He also trained in Asian eyelid and cosmetic surgery at Chung-Gung Memorial Hospital in Taipei, Taiwan. His specialties are body plastic surgery, with a focus on minimally invasive body contouring, plus Asian blepharoplasty, pediatric plastic surgery, craniofacial surgery and breast surgery.
