Joana owns Beauty Balance by Jo and is the studio's only therapist, so she performs every massage, facial and lash lift herself. She is dual-licensed as a massage therapist and esthetician, and she offers massage as well as skin treatments, including hot stone and dry cupping massage. Her work began about thirteen years ago in luxury hotel spas, including the Marriott in Dana Point, and she has about thirteen years of experience in bodywork and skin.
