About
Jillian is the Apprenticeship Educator and a Master Designer. She has been licensed since 2010 and joined Serendipity in 2015. Before pursuing cosmetology she served in the United States Air Force, and she completed cosmetology school in Maine.
Her focus is creative color, including balayage, color-melting and ombre, all of which she has been trained in. She stays current on trends through continuing education, and she mentors apprentices through hands-on teaching in a supportive setting.
