Jessica Rae owns The Colour Room and works as its principal stylist. She began working in busy salons at age 19, cutting and coloring hair, and earned a professional license in 2009. After about 2012 she worked in banking before returning to hair. Her specialties are color transformations and women's haircuts. She enjoys teaching, and every assistant on the team has been trained under her guidance. She also mentors apprentices who are new to the industry.
