Jess Long

Jess Long practices acupuncture at AURUM and holds the LAc credential, having been licensed in 2019. She earned a bachelor's degree in political science from the University of Maine in 2009. Over the past decade she has worked with health-focused nonprofits and public health programs. Her clinical record includes more than 3,000 treatments delivered in community clinics. She has taught as a guest instructor on pain management and patient care, and in 2022 she joined the interdisciplinary medical team at a neuro-rehab center. In 2024 she completed an 18-month Shamanic Practitioner Training. Her work addresses acute and chronic pain, musculoskeletal and neurological conditions, and chronic and terminal illness, with listed areas that also include anxiety, depression, addiction, allergies, insomnia, digestive disorders, infertility and gynecological issues. She focuses on building positive relationships with patients.
