Jennifer Warmsbecker

Jennifer Warmsbecker is the owner of Off the Fringe and works there as a hair artist. She has worked in the hair industry for over twenty years. Before settling in Virginia over two decades ago, she owned and ran two salons in Los Angeles, California, and has also worked and lived in Amsterdam.

She is certified in cutting, coloring, styling and extensions, and works with both synthetic and human hair. Her work has appeared in magazines, on television and in movies.

She draws on clients' input during appointments for new and off-the-fringe styles, and takes on work from basic hair care to elaborate styling, letting clients steer the look.
