About
Jena Irby founded SkinFIT Aesthetics in 2010 and owns it, along with Facial Goat, which trains licensed aestheticians. Licensed as an aesthetician, she works as a corrective-skin specialist and has also worked as a cosmetic laser technician. With more than two decades in aesthetics, her work centers on acne, aging and barrier repair. She performs DiamondGlow and DMK Enzyme Therapy alongside microneedling, chemical peels and Hydrafacial, and also offers dermaplaning, corrective facials and home-care plans built around each client. She is a Key Opinion Leader on the inaugural Esthetic Panel from PCA Skin, and her expertise has appeared in NewBeauty and CNN Underscored. Brands can hire her for consulting on client experience, back-bar protocols, educational content and marketing partnerships. Mentoring is available on-site at solo or team practices, or remotely by phone, and covers brand audits, client retention, treatment menu design, hands-on facial skills, client education and sales, and accountability check-ins.
