About
Jean Luc is a stylist at David Rios Salon and Spa. He started beauty school at age 15, then worked in Paris with leading hairdressers of the time before moving to the United States in the late 1980s.
He has worked in Washington, DC, where he owned the Ipsa and Jean Luc salons for many years. He later handed management of those earlier salons to others and joined David Rios Salon and Spa. He teaches haircutting, and the salon says magazines have recognized him as one of the best hairdressers in DC.
