Jay Gard is a Stylist whose specialties include blowouts, precise haircuts, special effects makeup and vivid hair color. He developed an interest in vivid colors and unusual color placement early on.
He trained at the Paul Mitchell school in Raleigh. He wants every client to feel comfortable being expressive with their hair. For a client with severely damaged hair who wanted frequent bright all-over red, he recommended bi-weekly bonding treatments and semi-permanent red instead of frequent permanent color or lightener.
