India Bee is a yoga and mindfulness teacher based in San Diego and the founder of India Bee Mindfulness. She has practiced yoga since 2000. Earlier in her career she served in the Peace Corps in Bolivia and led international programs for women entrepreneurs.

Her work centers on trauma-informed, heart-led and body-based practices. Offerings include one-on-one mindfulness mentoring, yoga nidra, sound healing and custom intention sessions. She works with people dealing with stress, grief, exhaustion or sleep difficulty, as well as those who simply want more peace and clarity.
