Brent Honnerlaw teaches yoga at Pier To Point Wellness in Point Loma. He holds the E-RYT 500 designation and teaching certificates in Hatha Yoga and Kundalini Yoga, and his classes cover Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, Kundalini, meditation and Qi Gong.

He teaches studio and private classes, and also leads classes at corporations and recovery centers. Beyond the regular schedule, he offers sound healings, workshops, retreats and festival appearances, and he serves as a guest lecturer for yoga teacher trainings. His goal is to help students settle into a deeper sense of internal awareness.
