I. De La Cruz

I. De La Cruz serves as Chief Radiation Therapist at OC Skin Institute, where his focus is skin radiation therapy. His undergraduate degree is a Bachelor of Science in Health Science with a radiation therapy option, earned at California State University, Long Beach. Clinical placements took him to several hospitals: UC Irvine Medical Center, UCLA Reagan Medical Center, Long Beach Memorial, and Presbyterian Intercommunity Hospital. Radiation services at the practice got underway in 2014, and De La Cruz was among those who helped launch them. He was one of the first radiation therapists in Southern California to work with electronic brachytherapy, a role he took on in 2013 alongside D. Hsu. He later came back to the practice as Chief Radiation Therapist, after a period working at other institutions.
