Hayley Johnson

Hayley Johnson, RN, serves as director of nursing at Chicago Oculofacial Plastic Surgery, overseeing clinical and aesthetic care. She also works as a surgical scrub and circulating nurse and has worked alongside Dr. Phelps since 2023. Her clinical background includes cardiac stepdown care, and she has substantial surgical experience as a scrub and circulating nurse on oculofacial procedures. She holds an Associate Degree in Nursing from Harper College and is pursuing a Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner, at Bradley University. Her training includes advanced injector training, laser certification training and advanced CO2 laser training. She performs aesthetic treatments with a focus on aesthetic medicine and CO2 laser work, including advanced skin resurfacing. Her services include intense pulsed light, PRP, Morpheus8, microneedling, erbium laser resurfacing, SkinPen, Sofwave, Xeomin, Daxxify, Tixel and UltraClear laser. Her work spans a broad range of facial aesthetic procedures.
