Hayley Johnson, RN

Hayley Johnson is Director of Nursing at Chicago Oculofacial Plastic Surgery, where she works as a Registered Nurse licensed in Illinois. She has worked alongside Dr. Paul Phelps since 2023, serving as the surgical scrub and circulating nurse and bringing extensive surgical experience to oculofacial procedures. She also delivers aesthetic treatments and leads the practice's clinical and aesthetic care.

She began her training with an Associate Degree in Nursing from Harper College and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner, at Bradley University. She has advanced injector training, laser certification training, and advanced training in CO2 laser treatments.

Her aesthetic work includes intense pulsed light, PRP, Morpheus8, microneedling, erbium laser resurfacing, CO2 laser skin resurfacing, SkinPen, Sofwave, Xeomin, Daxxify, Tixel, and UltraClear laser treatments. She builds personalized treatment plans around each patient's goals and skin type.
