Hallie Carter

Hallie Carter is best known for short haircuts. She is a hair stylist at Salon 96 Throckmorton and has worked as a stylist in San Francisco and Marin since 2011, and in Mill Valley since 2016. Her preferred cuts include pixie cuts, classic and modern barber cuts, shags, long layers, curtain bangs and bobs. She keeps up with ongoing training on current techniques. Prices are: a haircut with blow-dry for long hair at $115 (about one hour), a haircut without blow-dry for short hair at $95 (one hour), a clipper buzz cut over the whole head, which can blend lengths and include a taper, at $55 (30 minutes), a blow-dry alone at $70 (one hour), and a blow-dry with flat or curling iron styling at $85 (one hour).
