Ginny runs Ginny's Wig Salon, where she also works as the hairdresser. Her career in hair spans more than five decades, as a hairdresser and salon owner. She has worked extensively with chemotherapy patients, as well as people with alopecia or thinning hair. Her work includes guiding clients toward wigs for hair loss, everyday fashion, a change of look, and stage or drama productions, and she also fits people who just want a wig for fun day to day.
