Gigi Lein

Gigi Lein is the owner of Gigi Lein Artistic Collective Consulting in Wexford, working as a stylist, educator and artist who offers hair and makeup services. She has worked with clients from many different backgrounds and focuses on corrective haircutting with the Head Shape Matters system, corrective color, balayage, reparative hair and scalp treatments, and bridal and formal hair and makeup.

Training began with performing arts study at Pittsburgh CLO and acting courses at the Stella Adler Studio of Acting, the New York Film Academy and Art of Acting Studio. Gigi performed in regional and national plays, later taught dance and directed children's musicals and plays in the Los Angeles area, and then trained in general cosmetology at South Hills Beauty Academy, where Gigi also earned airbrush makeup certification. She worked at Izzazu Salon and Spa before opening Haven Boutique Salon.

Beyond the cut and color work, Gigi is a Certified Educator of the Head Shape Matters system and a certified Kaaral color educator. Certifications in several extension methods and continuing classes in highlighting and cutting have followed, including work with Phantour, Daniel M Beauty, MaggieMH, Bescene, Tracey Cunningham, Rebecca Taylor and Dipierto Todd Academy. Gigi is a member of SAG-AFTRA and has worked with the Make-A-Wish Foundation, Merritt Lee Photography, and commercial and print projects for UPMC and Bayer.
