Gayle Misle, MD

Gayle Misle, MD founded Reviv Med Spa & Laser Treatment, a medical spa in Millbrae, California, and serves as its founder and medical director. She trained at the University of Nebraska College of Medicine, completed a residency at UC Davis, and trained as an anesthesiologist. She was previously Chief of Anesthesia at San Leandro Hospital.

She leads the practice's injectable program and designs treatment protocols across face, body and wellness services. Her listed specialties are injectables, lasers, protocols, treatment planning and medical oversight, and she has extensive training in neurotoxin injection technique. For fillers, she adds product at a follow-up visit rather than correcting everything on the first day.

She holds a California medical license and is a named inventor on three granted U.S. utility patents for anesthesiology and surgical devices, two of them still active. One of the patents, for an epidural needle assembly, expired in 2024. She oversees every treatment plan at the practice and provides direct medical oversight of each treatment.
