Dr. Gayle Misle, MD

Dr. Gayle Misle, MD, is the founder and medical director of Reviv Med Spa & Laser Treatment in Millbrae. She trained as an anesthesiologist, completed a residency at UC Davis, and previously served as Chief of Anesthesia at San Leandro Hospital. She holds three granted US utility patents for medical devices, including an epidural needle assembly and a sterile support system for surgical instruments.

She designs protocols across face, body and wellness services and oversees the practice's injectable program. At the Millbrae studio she performs Botox and dermal filler treatments herself, and she has extensive training in neurotoxin injection and filler technique. Her Botox dosing starts conservatively. She is listed as the reviewer of the practice's dermal filler page.
