Fran Catterton owns Pretty Parlor and works there as an esthetician. She opened the Annapolis studio in October 2016 and has practiced as a licensed esthetician since 2003, with more than 20 years of hands-on work across esthetics, makeup, lashes, waxing, facials and client care. Clients can expect her to spend time getting to know their skin, preferences and goals before any treatment, and she personally performs every appointment.
