A PrettyParlor

Fran Catterton owns and runs Pretty Parlor, an Annapolis studio that opened in October 2016, and she works there as an esthetician, makeup artist and lash specialist. She has held an esthetician license since 2003 and, across more than two decades, has gained experience in esthetics, makeup, lashes, waxing, facials and client care. Her esthetics schooling was at Spa Luna Holistic School of Esthetics in Maui, where studies ranged from skincare and facials to chemical peels, hair removal, makeup, body treatments and airbrush tanning. Fran also finished Xtreme Lashes Volumation training in advanced volume lash styling and has been a certified Xtreme Lashes Lash Specialist since 2006. Her specialties are eyelash extensions, lash lifts, facials, skin therapy, spray tanning, brows and bridal makeup. AARP has featured her as a beauty expert in articles about makeup, lash services, skincare and at-home facials.
