Felicia Starchia

Felicia is a master hairstylist who has worked in the Washington, DC area for more than 25 years. She focuses on hair care for African American clients, pairing current trends with an emphasis on keeping hair and scalp healthy. Her services include wet sets, blow-dry and curl, relaxers, color, press-n-curl, cutting, smoothing treatments and natural hair work. Braids and weaves are excluded from her services. She also works to bring hair back to a healthy state for clients dealing with hair loss or damage.
