Erin Cahill

Erin Cahill runs R&R Wellness in Morgan Hill, California, where she serves as founder and principal therapist. She launched the studio in 2015 from one treatment room and has practiced therapeutic bodywork since 2011. She mentors the therapists who work alongside her, and she also works as a birth doula and perinatal bodywork specialist. Her focus areas are rehabilitative bodywork, post-surgical recovery, perinatal care, pelvic and core restoration, craniofacial and TMJ therapy, and fourth trimester restoration. Within recovery care she uses lymphatic bodywork and hyperbaric oxygen therapy. Her facial work is customized and aimed at skin health, circulation and restorative facial massage. Birth preparation sessions work to increase pelvic mobility and ease tension patterns ahead of labor, and a number of those clients go on to hire her as their doula. Fourth trimester sessions support mothers as they recover and rebuild strength after giving birth. She teaches infant massage and offers pediatric bodywork for babies dealing with colic, digestive discomfort or developmental transitions. She has been recognized several times as Best Massage Therapist in Morgan Hill.
