Erika is the owner of Flux and works as a highlight and balayage artist. She opened the salon as a private loft after years of working in salons across Northern Virginia, and she has over 12 years of experience.
She is a graduate of the Paul Mitchell School and continues to take ongoing education. Her focus is balayage, foils and dimensional color, and highlighting is a particular strength, from face-framing to all-over highlights.
She also provides men's grooming, including scissor-over-comb cuts, along with personalized styling consultations. Hair extension consultations match color and texture before any application, and clients value personal attention in a relaxed setting.
