About

Erica Carini, RN, is an aesthetic injector on the Nuveau Balance consultation team. She completed a nursing degree at Lone Star College in 2010 and has more than 15 years of nursing experience. She began her career as a registered nurse focused on heart disease and infectious diseases, then spent eight years at a plastic surgery practice focused on aesthetic medicine, where she trained in a high-volume plastic surgery office. She joined Nuveau in 2021 after moving from nursing into aesthetic medicine.

She has advanced expertise in injectables, with a particular focus on biostimulators, and she offers XERF treatments. She created The Foundation Method, a customized treatment philosophy that rebuilds support before adding volume.
