About
Elysia An is the founder and lead artist of Hera Permanent Makeup. She is a licensed semi-permanent tattoo (PMU) technician, with more than 20 years of celebrity makeup and tattoo experience.
She previously worked with clients from K-pop, K-dramas and K-fashion in South Korea and with numerous celebrities from Seoul to Hollywood. After moving from South Korea to Los Angeles, she became a PMU technician in the area. Her consultations cover color, shape, length and thickness of the brows, and clients begin by drawing their own brow shape so she can see their preferences. She stays current on new tools, techniques and materials.
