Dr. Vitali Azouz

Vitali Azouz started HIM Plastic Surgery and operates from its Dallas and Weston, Florida locations as a board-certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon. Academically, he graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with top honors and holds a Doctor of Medicine from the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio. Before his plastic surgery training, he completed general surgery training at Summa Health in Akron, Ohio.

He trained in plastic and reconstructive surgery at Cleveland Clinic Florida in Weston, where the practice says he worked alongside many leading rhinoplasty surgeons. He is trained in open, closed, preservation, structural and functional rhinoplasty techniques. His published and presented work covers gynecomastia surgery, breast surgery, breast explant, liposuction, abdominoplasty, rhinoplasty, blepharoplasty and facelift surgery. He also reviews for the Journal of Plastic, Reconstructive & Aesthetic Surgery, regularly attends national and regional plastic surgery meetings, and keeps up with current literature and techniques.
