Vitali Azouz

Vitali Azouz is the founder and plastic surgeon at HIM Plastic Surgery, seeing patients at its Dallas location and its Weston, Florida location. He is a board-certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon.

His path ran from undergraduate study at the University of Texas at Austin, completed with top honors, to a Doctor of Medicine from the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio. He did general surgery training at Summa Health in Akron, Ohio, then plastic and reconstructive surgery training at Cleveland Clinic in Weston, Florida, which included rhinoplasty instruction in open, closed, preservation, structural and functional approaches.

He has published and presented on gynecomastia, breast surgery, breast explant, liposuction, abdominoplasty, rhinoplasty, blepharoplasty and facelift surgery. He serves as a reviewer for the Journal of Plastic, Reconstructive & Aesthetic Surgery and attends national and regional plastic surgery meetings to stay current with the literature and techniques.
