Dr. Vishal C. Patel, MD

Dr. Vishal C. Patel, MD, is a board-certified internal medicine physician practicing in Jacksonville, and he owns Reliance Primary & Urgent Care. With more than 20 years in medicine, he trained at P. S. Medical College in Gujarat, India, then completed an internal medicine residency at St. Joseph's Regional Medical Center in Paterson, New Jersey, an institution affiliated with Mt. Sinai University, finishing in 2009. He went on to work as a hospital physician in Alabama and Florida, managing both critical and stable major medical conditions, and that period shaped his move toward primary care and direct, thorough patient care. He personally provides the confidential Suboxone program at Reliance.
