Dr. Tracy Jolie Zen

Dr. Tracy runs Live In Vitality Wellness Center in Brandon as its founder and provider, with DNP and APRN-C credentials. Over two decades in medicine began in intensive care units for transplant, trauma, surgical and neurological patients, then moved into primary care, community health, HIV care, cardiology, gerontology and concierge medicine. Organ transplant care has included liver, heart, kidney and lung cases. She practices functional medicine with an integrative, whole-person lens. Areas of focus include persistent weight, low energy, hormone changes, poor sleep, gut health, inflammation and metabolic concerns. Certified by the Heather Hirsch Academy as a Women's Hormone Therapy Specialist, her hormone care covers perimenopause, menopause, PCOS/PMOS and fertility, plus testosterone therapy for men. She is also a Certified Functional Medicine Practitioner. She performs DOT physicals for commercial drivers following federal standards, and is a certified medical examiner on the FMCSA National Registry, number 3505221491. She goes over labs and symptoms with each patient and adjusts treatment to how they feel. She appears in interviews, podcasts and speaking events on hormone health, fatigue, thyroid, gut health and weight, and on building a patient-centered practice.
