Dr. Tracy

Dr. Tracy founded Live In Vitality Wellness Center in Brandon, where she is owner and provider. Holding DNP and APRN-C credentials, she has worked in medicine for over twenty years, starting in intensive care across organ transplant, trauma, surgical and neurological units. Later roles took in primary care, community health, HIV care, cardiology, gerontology and concierge medicine, and her current work centers on functional medicine, primary care and critical care.

Her practice addresses persistent weight issues, low energy, hormonal shifts, disrupted sleep, digestive health, inflammation and metabolic concerns. She holds certification as a Women's Hormone Therapy Specialist from the Heather Hirsch Academy and is a Certified Functional Medicine Practitioner. For men, she considers several indicators together rather than one number, and she tells patients plainly what their results show.

She conducts DOT physicals as a certified medical examiner on the FMCSA National Registry, following federal FMCSA standards. She can outline what a driver needs and the steps for recertification when something like high blood pressure or a missing CPAP report needs resolving. Visits leave room to go over test results and questions. Initial functional medicine visits run 60 to 75 minutes; follow-ups run 30 to 60 minutes. She curated the LIV Collection of IV pairings and speaks on hormone health, fatigue, thyroid and gut health, weight, and building a patient-centered practice.
