Dr. Sheila Barbarino

Dr. Sheila Barbarino founded Barbarino Surgical Arts and works as its surgeon. She is a double board-certified cosmetic surgeon with more than 20 years in practice, working in surgical and non-surgical facial and full-body rejuvenation. Her clients come from across the country, and her client list is confidential.

Her training includes a fellowship in oculofacial plastics and cosmetic surgery, and she holds a certification from the American Board of Ophthalmology. She is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and a member of the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. She teaches anatomy to other surgeons, lectures on injectables, lasers and aesthetic devices, and presents at international conferences. She is a Galderma GAIN trainer and sits on the scientific advisory board of The Aesthetic Show and on Moxie's Aesthetic Business Advisory Board.

She has authored more than 15 peer-reviewed publications, including work in the Journal of Cosmetic Dermatology and The American Journal of Cosmetic Surgery, and serves as a principal investigator in ongoing research. She joined forces with Dr. Dell in Austin in 2015. Recognitions include The Aesthetic Awards in 2022, Super Doctors Southern California in 2020 and 2021, a Lupus LA Woman of Achievement Award in 2019, and five Patients' Choice Award and five Compassionate Doctor Award honors.
