About
Dr. Sara Thielbar Adams is an acupuncturist at Ocean Ki Wellness, where her focus areas are pain management, stress management and related symptoms, and women's issues. She holds DACM and MSTOM credentials, is licensed in Rhode Island, and has NCCAOM board certification. Her work serves people of every age and stage of life. She trained at the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in San Diego, California, followed by an internship at Shandong University in Jinan, China. Further training covers Five Element, trauma healing, auricular acupuncture, face reading, Acutonics and essential oils applied to acupuncture points. She also works as an Intentional Creativity Coach and Expressive Arts Facilitator. Earlier, she practiced privately, in integrative clinics, and in adjunct wellness roles in the Oncology Department of Women and Infants Hospital.
