Dr. Sanam Zahedi

Dr. Sanam Zahedi runs the practice as a plastic surgeon and holds double board certification from the American Board of Plastic Surgery and the American Board of Surgery. Fewer than 10% of plastic surgeons hold both of those certifications. She works on aesthetic and reconstructive procedures for the face, breasts and body. She is known for labiaplasty, breast reduction, breast lift, upper eyelid surgery, rhinoplasty and full-body cosmetic surgery, and she also offers Botox and fillers.

Her surgical training started with a general surgery residency at the University of Texas Medical Branch and continued with a plastic surgery fellowship at the University of California Davis. While serving as chief there, she set up and ran the Facial Injectables Clinic, which handles Botox and filler. She has also worked with plastic and reconstructive surgeons at MD Anderson Cancer Center, St. Joseph's Cosmetic Center and Shriners Children's Hospital. She received her medical degree from Florida State College of Medicine and a Bachelor of Science cum laude from the University of Florida, where she had earlier been president of the American Pre-Medical Women's Association. In November 2025 she was added to the Florida State College of Medicine's alumni hall of fame. She is award-winning and one of a small number of female plastic surgeons in South Florida.

She holds an affiliated clinical faculty appointment at the University of Miami and belongs to the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and the Aesthetic Society. She has served on American Society of Plastic Surgeons committees, including the Women Plastic Surgeons Steering Committee, and she supports women in medicine. She co-hosts the Loupe Podcast, which provides free educational material for medical trainees and patients.

Her care is personalized and has a feminine touch, with an emphasis on patient education so people can make informed decisions. Treatment plans are shaped around each patient's facial anatomy and aesthetic goals.
