About

Dr. Rubbani practices as a cosmetic surgeon and ocular surgeon at Tucson Cosmetics in Tucson, Arizona. She holds an M.D. and is board certified in ocular surgery, with more than 20 years in ocular, oculoplastic and cosmetic surgery. She started a private practice in New York after training and still sees those patients, and many of those long-term relationships now continue in Tucson. All surgeries take place in her office, and she conducts every initial individualized consultation. Her education includes advanced study at New York University School of Medicine, where she served as Chief Resident in Ocular Surgery. She is a fellow of the American Board of Ophthalmology, and she also holds fellow status with the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery and with the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery. She holds a fellowship in clinical faculty at Burrell College of Osteopathic Medicine, and she completed fellowships in laser medicine and surgery and in integrative medicine at Dr. Andrew Weil's institute. She has trained physicians across the U.S. and Europe. Her clinical focus is eyelid surgery, covering upper, lower and combined blepharoplasty, along with injectables, body contouring and non-surgical rejuvenation. She administers Botox, Dysport, Xeomin and Jeuveau. She was named a Diamond Injector for Botox and Juvederm, has performed more than 50,000 cosmetic injections and 4,500 elective surgeries, and is known for an exceptionally gentle surgical touch. She has never needed to prescribe narcotic pain medication after blepharoplasty. She has been featured on The Montel Williams Show and in regional and medical publications. She performs IV therapy and holds personalized IV consultations at the clinic.
