About
Dr. Gouin has been an optometrist at Redmond Eye Doctors since 2011. He received a bachelor's degree in biology from Western Washington University, then a Doctor of Optometry from the Southern California College of Optometry at Marshall B. Ketchum University. He passed the examination process run by the National Board of Examiners in Optometry. His clinical rotations took place at Madigan Army Medical Center, the Veterans Affairs Hospital in Tucson, and Warm Springs Health and Wellness Center in Oregon. Before coming to the practice, he delivered disease-based eye care and management in several nursing and rehabilitation facilities across the Puget Sound region. The American Optometric Association and the Optometric Physicians of Washington both count him among their active members.
