Dr. Onir Spiegel

Dr. Onir Spiegel is Director of Aesthetic Services at The Spiegel Center. She started out in oral health and, after about a decade in practice, moved into non-surgical facial rejuvenation. She holds doctorate degrees from New York University and Boston University and has more than fifteen years of experience in non-surgical facial aesthetics. She has received numerous awards for her medical research and technical skill. Her specialties include wrinkle relaxers such as BOTOX, Dysport, Xeomin, Jeuveau and Daxxify, and fillers for the temple, cheek, nasolabial folds, marionette lines, chin and jowls. She also works with tear trough rejuvenation, lip fillers, liquid facelift, neck rejuvenation, non-surgical rhinoplasty, Kybella, intense pulsed light, laser therapies, microneedling and other medical-grade skin treatments. She has experience with gummy smiles, golf ball chins and facial asymmetries. Treatment plans are tailored to each patient. She has published in Prime Journal on non-surgical rhinoplasty with dermal fillers. She is considered a top injector in America, has been voted RealSelf's Most Loved Injector annually, and has been named one of the Top 100 Aesthetic Injectors in the country year after year. She has trained many doctors on techniques at The Spiegel Center, many of which she devised herself.
