Dr. Martin Benjamin

Dr. Martin Benjamin is a board-certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon who joined the practice. He has more than 12 years of experience spanning general and plastic surgery, and he is dual-trained in both. He earned a bachelor's degree with honors in molecular and cellular biology at the University of Arizona in Tucson, where he also completed medical school. His five-year general surgery residency took place at the University of Illinois at Chicago, with training also at Cook County Hospital, the Jesse Brown VA in Chicago and Advocate Christ Medical Center. He completed his plastic and reconstructive surgery training at Long Island Plastic Surgical Group, PC, which is affiliated with SUNY Stony Brook University, and he is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.

His particular interest is breast and body work, including Brazilian butt lifts and mommy makeover combinations, and he is known for revision breast and body liposuction. Rapid recovery breast augmentation is among his most requested procedures; patients can resume normal activities within one to two days. At consultation he uses Vectra 3D imaging to produce a three-dimensional view of the breasts and preview outcomes with different implant sizes. He also performs Vaser liposuction with Renuvion J-Plasma, eyelid surgery, rhinoplasty, and nonsurgical facial rejuvenation with Ellacor micro-coring. He is award-winning.
