Dr. Ali Mosharrafa

Dr. Ali Mosharrafa is a board-certified plastic surgeon and a surgeon at the practice, based in Phoenix and serving Paradise Valley and surrounding parts of Arizona. He graduated with honors from the University of Texas at Austin, then trained at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas, completing both general surgery and plastic surgery residencies there. While at Baylor he worked with Dr. Frank Gerow, the inventor of the breast implant. He holds certification from the American Board of Plastic Surgery and chairs the Department of Plastic Surgery at Good Samaritan Hospital.

His practice spans facial cosmetic procedures, breast enhancement and body contouring, including tumescent and ultrasonic liposuction. He has written on cosmetic and reconstructive breast surgery for the Journal of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. He has worked in the Valley since relocating to Phoenix in 1996. Phoenix Magazine named him a 2025 Top Docs recipient, an honor he has earned for 26 years, and Newsweek included him on its 2023 list of America's Best Plastic Surgeons.
