Dr. Jules Feledy

Dr. Jules Feledy is a board-certified plastic surgeon who heads Belmont Plastic Surgery and started its medical spa. Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York City awarded him his medical degree in 1992. He then trained in general surgery at Mount Sinai Medical Center and went on to specialize in reconstructive and aesthetic plastic surgery. Other training includes two summer anesthesiology fellowships during medical school, a human genetics fellowship at the National Institute of Child Health and Human Development in Bethesda, Maryland, and a reconstructive microsurgery fellowship at MD Anderson Cancer Center from 2004 to 2005. He is a member of the American Board of Plastic Surgery. Reconstructive breast surgery is a major focus of his work, including breast reconstruction for women treated for breast cancer, along with melanoma and skin cancer procedures. His cosmetic work covers liposuction, fat grafting, breast augmentation (including fat-transfer augmentation for a more natural result) and abdominoplasty. Facial procedures include rhinoplasty, eyelid surgery, facelift and neck lift, and he has more than 15 years of experience with facelifts and similar operations. He also treats capsular contracture and does hand surgery for cosmetic concerns and for functional problems caused by overuse and strain. He has more than 21 years in practice. U.S. News and World Report includes him among its Top Doctors through peer nomination, a listing that places him among Maryland's top 40 plastic surgeons. Washingtonian has named him one of Washington's best plastic surgeons, and Bethesda Magazine names him a breast augmentation expert. He is licensed to practice medicine in Maryland and Virginia, holds staff privileges at several hospitals and surgery centers, and practices in Stafford, Virginia.
