Dr. John T. Alexander leads Alexander Cosmetic Surgery, a plastic and cosmetic surgery practice in San Diego. He began working alongside his father, Dr. Alexander Sr., in 1996 and learned plastic surgery techniques and systems directly from him. He has more than 25 years of experience in plastic surgery.
He holds M.D., J.D. and F.A.C.S. credentials, is a Fellow of UC San Francisco, and is triple board-certified, including certification by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. He specializes in deep-plane vertical facelifts, which San Diego patients often seek him out for. He has also introduced laser resurfacing, endoscopic procedures and the QuickLift to the practice, and he keeps up with recent advances in cosmetic plastic surgery and anti-aging medicine.
