About
Dr. Alexander Sr. is the founder surgeon of the practice. He completed general surgery training in Los Angeles and San Diego and then trained in plastic surgery in Houston with Drs. Cronin and Brauer. After medical school he did an apprenticeship at White Memorial Hospital in Los Angeles.
He declined a permanent faculty position offered after his Houston training and began private practice in San Diego in 1964. He has practiced for more than 45 years.
