Dr. James E. Lovett III, M.D.

Dr. James Lovett III, M.D., is a plastic surgeon with board certification who works mainly in cosmetic and breast surgery. He came to Upstate Plastic Surgery in 2000. Earlier, he spent five years as a full-time faculty member at the University of Kentucky, where he taught plastic surgery. He graduated from Columbia University Medical School and was elected to Alpha-Omega-Alpha. His general surgery residency was at Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center in New York City, and his plastic surgery training took place at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. He holds board certification in plastic surgery and general surgery from the American Board of Plastic Surgery, and he belongs to the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and the Southeastern Society of Plastic Surgeons.
