Dr. Holly Happe

Dr. Holly Happe is a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine and a board-certified physician who founded Dr. Happe Medical Aesthetics and owns the practice. She is an Allergan Master Injector and performs all injections and treatments personally, and she has practiced aesthetic medicine since 2006, with over 15 years of experience and hundreds of patients treated.

Her training began with a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, followed by a transitional internship at Brooke Army Medical Center and a residency at Georgetown University Hospital with a pediatric fellowship. She is board-certified in anesthesiology through the American Board of Anesthesiology, and her career includes anesthesiology posts at Montgomery General Hospital and Lawrence General Hospital, a faculty appointment at Georgetown University Medical School, and an instructor role at Harvard Medical School. Before medicine she performed with dance companies in New York, Philadelphia and Atlantic City.

In aesthetic medicine she specializes in injectables, including BOTOX Cosmetic, dermal fillers, Kybella and collagen induction therapy, and she formulates the practice's chemical peels. She holds a diploma and a Medical Aesthetics Certificate from the American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine, both from 2016, and has completed botulinum toxin and dermal filler certifications. Recent training includes a facial ultrasound course in Boston in November 2024, the SCALE conference in Nashville in May 2025, and Renuva training with MTF Biologics in New York City in June 2025. She received an Excellence in Teaching award from Harvard Medical School's Department of Anesthesia, and she was named a RealSelf Most Loved Injector in 2017.
