Dr. Hjelm

Dr. Hjelm is a facial plastic surgery provider at Advocare ENT Specialty Center, an ear, nose and throat practice. He graduated from Jefferson Medical College. His residency was completed at Thomas Jefferson University and Nemours Children's Hospitals, and he went on to additional training in facial plastic surgery. He is board-certified in otolaryngology and head and neck surgery and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He is double board-certified. His main focus is facial plastic and reconstructive surgery, covering both cosmetic and reconstructive cases. His practice also handles general otolaryngology for adults and children. He has written many articles and textbook chapters for peer-reviewed medical journals. He has also given talks and presented at facial plastic surgery and otolaryngology head and neck surgery conferences.
