Dr. Douglas Graham

Dr. Douglas Graham serves Westlake Plastic Surgery as its board-certified anesthesiologist, and since February 2026 he has also led the operating room full time as Director of the Operating Room. He earned his medical degree in 2000 through a six-year combined bachelor's and MD track at Northeastern Ohio Universities College of Medicine.

He completed his anesthesiology residency at the University Hospitals Case Western Reserve program in Cleveland, serving as chief resident from 2003 to 2004. He then stayed on at University Hospitals of Cleveland as a cardiothoracic anesthesiologist and taught anesthesiology residents and anesthesiologist assistants there until he moved to Texas.

He moved to Austin in 2007. In 2011 he helped open the Cedar Park Surgery Center in Cedar Park, Texas, and served as its medical director for most of the eleven years he spent there. His work has centered on ambulatory anesthesia for day surgeries, including general surgery, gynecology, orthopedics, urology and neuro/spine procedures.

He met Dr. Caridi in 2023 and assisted with his surgical cases on an intermittent basis before taking on his current full-time role.
